All Sales Are Final
At Briardale Ostrich Farm, we take pride in providing the highest quality ostrich meat products directly to our customers. Due to the nature of our products, all sales made through our website are considered final.
Exceptions - Damaged or Temperature Compromised Deliveries
While we strive for perfection in every delivery, we understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur. Our commitment to customer satisfaction includes the following exceptions to our final sale policy:

Damaged Packages: If your package arrives with visible damage or tampering, please contact us immediately. We ask that you provide photographic evidence of the damaged package to assist us in improving our delivery process.

Temperature Concerns: Our products are shipped to maintain optimal freshness. If your package arrives and the product is not cold to the touch, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt. We require a brief description of the issue and, if possible, a photo showing the condition of the product upon arrival.
Reshipping at No Additional Cost
In cases where the product is delivered damaged or compromised in temperature, we will reship a replacement at no additional cost to you. To initiate this process, please contact our customer service team with your order number and the details of the issue.
